All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account not registered to the same individual as the 777bc account — are strictly prohibited. 777bc reserves the right to void any transactions and suspend any account where third-party funding is identified.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the 777bc cashier. These limits may vary by payment method. 777bc does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed by 777bc's payments team. All displayed amounts, balances, wager values, bonus credits, and winnings are expressed in PKR unless a specific game or product operates in a different currency, in which case the applicable exchange rate will be applied at the time of transaction.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
777bc operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; and any other conduct that 777bc reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to exploit its promotional offerings.
Where bonus abuse is identified, 777bc reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the account.
All bonus funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unconverted at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically.
A bet or wager is not accepted until 777bc has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of any technical fault, communication error, or system failure during the placement of a bet, the bet will be considered void and the stake returned. 777bc's records shall be the definitive evidence of all bets placed and accepted on the platform.
In the event that a price, odd, or payout is displayed on 777bc as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to a typographical error, data feed error, or software fault — 777bc reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players will be notified, and stakes will be returned.
Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test cricket markets, are governed by 777bc's sport-specific betting rules as published on the platform. Results are determined based on official competition results as published by the relevant governing body. 777bc reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlements in circumstances where the integrity of an event is under review.
All casino games, live dealer games, slots, and instant games available on 777bc are provided by third-party software providers whose games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the relevant game provider. 777bc is not responsible for software faults originating within third-party game engines, but will act as an intermediary to resolve disputes with providers on behalf of affected players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777bc platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any commercial exploitation of the platform or its content.
777bc collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777bc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, game results, system downtime, payment processing delays, or any other platform-related event.
777bc's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.
777bc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond 777bc's reasonable control — including internet outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events — may affect platform availability without liability on 777bc's part.
Gambling Losses: 777bc is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling or betting activity on the platform. Gambling involves risk, and Players accept this risk in full when placing any wager. 777bc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 has occurred; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; or continuation of the account would conflict with 777bc's obligations under its gaming license.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 777bc's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC or compliance review.
You may request closure of your 777bc account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Pending wagers at the time of closure request will be settled normally.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777bc holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777bc's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by 777bc's licensing authority.
